Dominus Ventur collects, independently or through third parties, the following Personal Data:
Identity and Contact Data: First name, last name, email address, telephone number (for Telegram Elite, for sales invoicing and/or shipping), billing address.
Financial Data: Information relating to credit cards or payment accounts (managed exclusively through encrypted gateways such as Stripe or PayPal).
Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, device parameters used to connect to the Site, log data, and cookies.
Usage Data: Information on how the User uses the Site, products, and services (e.g., access logs to the Reserved Area).
3. METHOD AND PLACE OF PROCESSING
Processing is carried out using computerized and/or electronic means, using methods strictly related to the purposes indicated.
Security: We adopt security measures (SSL encryption, firewall) to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of the Data.

Performance of the Contract: Order management, provision of software, courses, and Premium/Elite subscriptions.
Billing and Legal Obligations: Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations.
Technical Support: Assistance via email or Telegram for the use of Dominus Ventur products.
Marketing and Newsletter: Only with explicit consent, for sending commercial communications or market updates.
Fraud Protection: Monitoring of suspicious payments or unauthorized access.
5. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The Owner processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:
The User has given consent for one or more specific purposes.
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User.

6. RETENTION PERIOD
The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected:
Data collected for contractual purposes will be retained until the contract is fully executed and, subsequently, for 10 years (tax obligations).
