🟦 PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

1. What payment methods are accepted on the site? We accept secure payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and major cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC). All payments are processed through encrypted gateways to ensure maximum security.
2. Will I receive a confirmation after my purchase? Yes, immediately after payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary. Within a few minutes, a second email will provide instructions for downloading and activating your license.
3. Can I request a refund? Given the digital nature of our software (non-material goods delivered via instant download and unique license keys), there is no right of withdrawal after activation or download, in accordance with current regulations on digital products.


🟩 LICENSES AND ACTIVATION

4. How does the licensing system work? Each software purchase is linked to a unique license key. During the activation process, the license will be linked to your trading account number (MetaTrader ID).
5. Can I use the software on multiple accounts simultaneously? Standard licenses are valid for a single live trading account. If you wish to use the software on multiple accounts, you must purchase additional licenses or contact support for "Multi-Account" packages.
6. What happens if I change brokers or account numbers? We offer the option of transferring your license to a new account number. Simply contact technical support with your old license and new account ID. The transfer is usually processed within 24-48 hours. AUDIT LAB PAID SERVICE.
7. Do licenses expire? Unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g., Sentinel subscriptions), software licenses are lifetime, including any updates.

🟧 INSTALLATION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT​

8. I'm not a PC expert, how do I install the software? Each product includes a step-by-step PDF guide in Italian and English. Installation takes less than 5 minutes. If you encounter any difficulties, our technical team can assist you remotely ( AUDIT LAB ).
9. What platforms does your software work on? All our Expert Advisors and Dashboards are developed exclusively for the MetaTrader 4/5 platform (MT4/MT5).
10. Do I need a VPS (Virtual Private Server)? For software that runs 24/5 (like Sentinel or automated EAs), using a VPS is highly recommended to ensure the software remains connected to the market even when your PC is turned off.

11. Is my trading data safe? Dominus Ventur s.r.l. does not have access to your trading credentials (password) or your funds. The software runs locally on your platform. We only handle license activation via your account ID.
12. Do you offer financial advice? No. Dominus Ventur s.r.l. exclusively offers financial education and technology tools (software). We do not provide investment advice, personalized buy/sell signals, or capital management. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
