Terms and Conditions

ART. 1 - SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

This agreement governs access to and use of the services offered through the website www.dominusventur.com (hereinafter "the Site"), owned by Dominus Ventur s.r.l., with registered office in Abrud, Strada Avram Iancu 2, VAT No. 52262322.
User: Any natural or legal person who accesses the Site or purchases the Services.

Services: Include, but are not limited to, training courses, software (Expert Advisor), market analysis, algorithmic signals, and technical support.

ART. 2 - NATURE OF SERVICE: EXCLUSION OF FINANCIAL ADVICE

The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that:
Dominus Ventur s.r.l. operates exclusively in the field of financial education and software development.

No content on the Site, associated Telegram channels, or software provided constitutes a solicitation to the public to save, nor personalized financial advice pursuant to Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF).

The signals generated by the algorithms and technical analyses are mathematical outputs based on historical data and should not be construed as investment advice. The execution of any market transaction is the User's sole decision, at his or her own risk and responsibility.

ART. 3 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND MARKET RISK

Trading in financial markets (Forex, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies, Indices) involves a high risk of capital loss.

Dominus Ventur s.r.l. does not guarantee any profit or the absence of losses (drawdown).

The User releases Dominus Ventur s.r.l. from any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

Financial losses incurred while using the software or educational strategies.

Execution errors of the User's broker.

Technological malfunctions (server crashes, network latency, VPS outages).

Inaccuracies in market data provided by third parties.

ART. 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE OF USE

All material (MQL4/MQL5 code, videos, text, logos) is the exclusive property of Dominus Ventur. s.r.l.
Software License: The purchase of an Expert Advisor grants a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use it.

Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to:

Decompile or attempt to access the source code (reverse engineering).

Resell or distribute the files to third parties (pirated copying).

Share login credentials for restricted areas or Telegram Elite signals.

Violation of this article will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund and the initiation of legal proceedings for damages.

ART. 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS (DIGITAL GOODS)
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the User agrees that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content (courses, software, signals) if the performance began with the download or email delivery of the product or access to the Members' Area.
Subscriptions: Canceling a subscription (Premium/Elite) interrupts future payments but does not entitle the User to a refund for the period already paid.

ART. 6 - TECHNICAL SERVICES (ALGO FACTORY AND AUDIT LAB)
For custom software development, Dominus Ventur s.r.l. undertakes to deliver code compliant with the technical specifications provided by the User. Dominus Ventur s.r.l. is not responsible if the strategic logic provided by the User proves ineffective or unsuccessful in real markets.

ART. 7 - JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Abrud.
