REFUND POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - DOMINUS VENTUR

1. REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
This Policy is drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU directives on distance contracts. Dominus Ventur is committed to ensuring maximum transparency in its relationships with its Users, distinguishing between the different types of products and services offered.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (SIGNALS, SOFTWARE, INDICATORS)

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer and their acknowledgement that they will lose the right of withdrawal.
Application: The User expressly agrees that the execution of the contract (i.e., the provision of the service) begins when the User logs in to the Members' Area for the first time, downloads the software file (Expert Advisor), or views the first Academy video lesson.

Consequence: Once access or download has been completed, no refunds can be requested, as the product is considered "consumed" and, by its very nature, non-returnable.

3. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS (PREMIUM/ELITE TERMINAL)

Dominus Ventur Terminal subscriptions are monthly pay-as-you-go services.
Cancellation: The User may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time directly from their profile on the Site or by sending an email to dominusventur@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Refund: No pro-rata refunds are provided for subscription periods already paid for but not fully used. In the event of cancellation, access to channels and reserved areas will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. CUSTOM TECHNICAL SERVICES (ALGO FACTORY / AUDIT LAB)

For custom software development or technical analysis services:
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised before the Dominus Ventur technical team begins working on the project.

Once the requirements analysis or coding phase has begun, the service is considered to be in the execution phase and the amount paid will not be refunded.

5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CRYPTO CARDS)

For physical products, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Conditions: The product must be returned intact, sealed in its original packaging, and unactivated. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the User.

Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact dominusventur@gmail.com for the shipping address and instructions. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the item.

6. TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION CASES

If a software product (Expert Advisor) has technical defects (blocking bugs) that cannot be resolved by our team within 15 business days of notification, Dominus Ventur may, at its discretion, issue a partial or full refund or provide an alternative product of equal value.
Note: A negative drawdown or financial loss due to market conditions is NOT considered a technical malfunction and does not entitle a refund.

7. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any disputes, please contact customer support first. If an amicable resolution is not achieved, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), accessible at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
