1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Shipping Policy governs the methods, times, and costs of delivery of products and services purchased on the website www.dominusventur.com. Dominus Ventur s.r.l. offers two types of products:
Digital Products: Software (Expert Advisor), Training Courses (Academy), Subscriptions (Premium/Elite Terminal), and Analysis Reports.
Physical Products: Crypto Credit Cards (Crypto Card) and any official merchandise.
2. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products do not require physical shipping. Delivery is immediate or deferred electronically according to the following specifications:
Software and Courses: Once payment is completed, the User will receive a confirmation email containing the download links or login credentials for the Members' Area. Access is guaranteed 24/7, except for scheduled server maintenance.
Terminal Subscriptions (Premium/Elite): Permissions for reserved Telegram channels and protected sections of the site are activated within 60 minutes of payment confirmation.
Custom Services (Algo Factory / Audit Lab): Custom software or technical reports will be delivered exclusively by email to the address provided during the order, within the timeframe established in the quote (usually 5-10 business days).
3. SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (CRYPTO CARDS)
For products requiring physical shipping, such as Crypto Cards, Dominus Ventur s.r.l. uses authorized logistics partners and issuing institutions.
Coverage Areas: We ship throughout the European Union and to major non-EU countries. Any geographic restrictions will be noted during checkout.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours, subject to identity verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) where required.
Delivery Times: * Europe: 7-10 business days.
Non-EU: 12-20 business days (subject to customs procedures).
Shipping Costs: Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen (Standard or Express).
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
For each physical order, Dominus Ventur s.r.l. will provide the User with a tracking number via email as soon as the product is handed over to the courier. The User can monitor the shipment status directly on the logistics carrier's website.
5. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the User and are not included in the final purchase price on the Site. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.
6. FAILURE TO DELIVER AND LIABILITY
Incorrect Address: Dominus Ventur s.r.l. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the User. In the event of a return to sender, the User will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damage in Transport: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the User must "accept with reservation" or refuse the package, immediately reporting the incident to our customer support at dominusventur@gmail.com.
